Ways To Post Animated GIFs to Facebook with Postradamus

For many years Facebook has shied away from permitting animated GIFs in news feeds stating it would be "too disorderly". Recently though, this choice was reversed and you can lastly begin posting animated GIFs to your feeds.

Typically when publishing images to Facebook, you would click on "Photo/video", and then choose one of the many alternatives for submitting images (such as the first alternative, "Upload Photos/Video"):.

This works excellent for regular images and images, but if you aim to publish an animated GIF this method, you will find that Facebook takes the "animated" out of animated GIF.

Instead, you should click the "Status tab", and paste the URL of the animated GIF into the status message. This is the exact same system used for producing a link post.

Optionally, you can then erase the URL from the status box if you don't desire it to be posted with your GIF.

It's much simpler in Postradamus.
Simply upload the GIF to your post!
