1. Open Facebook. Go to https://www.facebook.com/. This will open your Facebook News Feed if you're visited.

  • If you aren't logged in, enter your e-mail address (or contact number) and password in the top-right side of the page.


2. Click the search bar. This field is at the top of the Facebook page.

3. Get in a person's name. Type in the name of the person you wish to discover, then press ↵ Enter. Doing so raises a list of people in your location with a matching (or comparable) name.

4. Click the Individuals tab. It's just listed below the search bar at the top of the Facebook page.

5. Click the Choose a city link. You'll discover this link on the left side of the page beneath the "City" heading. Clicking it opens a search bar.
